Merlin is the internal operations platform powering Swiggy's FMCG distribution network. It handles everything from driver onboarding and payout rules to credit management and cheque tracking. The challenge: design a unified platform that gives warehouse operators, salesmen, and ops managers a clear, efficient view of complex logistics workflows.
